Q. When will my products ship?
A. Products that are in stock will ship on the next business day.
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?
A. We make every effort to keep our items in stock, however on occasion it may happen that the item has been so
popular that we need to replenish it. Simply place your order and your order will be shipped within 2 weeks.
Q. Why is there an emblem counter on your site?
A. This counter is to keep track of the number of emblems that we have available. When our stock is depleted on the
emblems we consider the program sold out and you will not be able to place an order for any of the items.
Q. Are the items shipped in a gift box?
A. Yes, all of our items are shipped in a beautiful 2-piece gift box and a black velveteen pouch with the Kentucky
Derby® logo embroidered on the bottom
Q. Can I order more than one item?
A. Absolutely, actually we encourage you to do so; once all of the emblems have been sold we will be unable to
accept additional order and the program will be closed for this year.
Q. The program is already closed for this year, can I been placed on the mailing list for next year’s program?
A. Yes, to be placed on the preferred mailing list, simple click here and provide us with your name and email address, you will then be placed on our preferred announcement list for next year’s program.
