Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the items on this website available for immediate delivery however should we be out of stock, you will be notified with the expected delivery date.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that we can only deliver products within the continental US.

Returns

We believe you'll be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you'd like to return an item within 20 working days of receiving the delivery, just follow this simple process.

o Package your return item with the original packaging and packing slip with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package
o Please return the package to us insure for the value of the product
o Upon receipt of the package it will be inspected and you will be contacted as to the status of your return.
o If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake we’ve made, you will be refunded the cost of the goods and the shipping charges at the time of purchase but not the return postage charges.

Payment

You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will not be charged for items until they are shipped.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
